This all seems to be a little bit of much ado about nothing. Honestly, if revs were happening to a relatively significant extent, then there wouldn't be a need for a r/s, as money could be spent to buy back shares and retire them.

And shareholders wouldn't be taking the brunt of the pain to save the company (and pay salaries). I'll take 8% interest any day over my returns in SFOR, to date.

If the r/s happen at current share price, the new shares will be worth .35. That's just not a logical jumping off point to expect an uplisting anytime soon.
