I am unclear about the potential for an interim analysis on the mild/moderate trial, but I would think there would be a mechanism for it. Perhaps someone else recalls that.
On the severe trial they mentioned 50 patients with 2 week data.
With that said, I think its worth trying to get the FDA to take a peek sooner if possible. Im just tempering my expectations.
