One man company has a really great idea and needs money to start a business to build his product.
Goes to the penny market. Tries to get funding and sells shares.
Shorty sells shares he does not own which cost him nothing to drive the price down.
You see it's quite simple. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY A STOCK THAT IS GOING DOWN.
The share price should be going up because this idea is so great.
It does not matter because every time someone bids the price up shorty drives it down which costs him nothing and people don't buy.
But the idea. It's so great. People would not have to burn candles anymore.
There would be light at night. He calls it electric and people don't understand it but it really sounds great.
It does not matter. Shorty does not care. Take it down is what he does. Until one day everyone says enough.

So if you don't get it now you never will.
