I'm not sure, Maronti. My impression, from listening to the tape, was that our lawyer did a particularly lame job at Appeals Court. Maybe you're right and he did the best that circumstances allow, that his hands were tied, but also, maybe, I'm right and he wasn't well prepared. I had thought at the time that, possibly, it wasn't a high enough profile case for him, that his interests lie elsewhere. One thing that's for sure, we'll never know.
