Oops, I want yo APOLOGIZE to the board for misinformation.
I received email clarification from Dr. NP that the share registration is for shares that are already part of the float. As such, the Company will not be receiving any proceeds as these shares were issued in the past.
Note that the holder of these shares are now able to sell them.
