Of course it is. The owners of these share generating vehicles are collecting (or planning to collect) on their bet in CYDY's success. They took a chance on a speculative company and it worked out for them. Big risk big reward! That's what I'm hoping for myself, except I feel at this moment that the risk isn't that high.

Many seem overly focused and concerned in the fact of dilution. Put in context, the pricing of these shares were predetermined when SP was much lower than it is now; you can think of them as 'OLD' new shares. NP is not issuing 'NEW' new shares at huge discounts (THIS would be the thing to worry about! ).
