You are wrong. The selling stockholders currently own Series C, Series D, convertible notes, and warrants. They already paid CYDY to own these vehicles. These vehicles have built into them the ability for vehicle owners to convert them into shares of the Company, but at a cost (the exercise price).

If they decide to exercise, they pay the Company #shares x exercise price.
