My reading of the filing is that NP intends to sell approx 140 million shares divided into 3 groups at 3.00 a share This would dilute share value by about 25%.
It would raise about 400 million cash. This could preclude the possibility or necessity of a buy out or disadvantageous loan terms, thus preserving the independence and existence of CYDY as we know it. I am not a financier, I offer apologies if my assessments are incorrect. Do we trust NP's judgement enough to accept this sacrifice? That is a decision for each to make on his own?
