She would be able to get leronlimab by having her doctor file with the FDA under expanded access. First step would be to contact Cytodyn.

Leronlimab would be able to treat the inflammation caused by the pneumonia and the underlying disease. If the disease is chemically based (ink) and is causing a continuation of fibrosis it should be able to halt or reduce the increase of fibrosis. If it's from pigeons and it's viral or bacterial then it would also help the body fight that off. Possibly allergic but everything but the pneumonia should start resolving itself. If it's from pigeons it might also be parasitical but the doctors should have discovered that already.
