Yes I do know for a fact. One of my customers has been buying since last June and I got him to subscribe to L2. I was on the phone talking with him asked if he bought today and he said "I just put in a bid @.0099 for 357,312 thru Schwab, one tick under the ask". Schwab routed it thru GTSM, so there is the match.
