I think I heard mentioned that they submitted to New England Journal of Medicine on Monday. I don't know that there's any guarantee anything will actually publish tomorrow - but if they fast tracked of course the hope would be that it would be publish by week's end. Whoever pointed on the NEJM came out already today, perhaps they would publish online?
