You know that for the most part I think you are over the top, although your heart is in the right place.... but your post 10207 is exactly right. Trump got tired of listening to the FDA doing a lot of nothing. Some heads will roll eventually, but in the meantime the FDA will do what they do every time they are under great pressure, they will decide that the applicants are the problem and they will move over some witch or warlock from another department with a reputation of tamping down controversy, supporting the staff, and making things worse.
