Remdesivir has taken that part of the market. The severely ill patients has to sign for a placebo or/and unknown drug (all paperwork included) or can go for the freely available Remdesivir, mentioned in the news everywhere. Not that difficult to choose the "wrong" one. And the people in the known go for an EIND.
The moderate/mild study is the only possibility the company has.
