Well, let’s see.. company gets in trouble for a bunch of BS PR’s. Solution? More BS PR’s. Brilliant.
This strategy worked great with the courts, and FDA, and will go over like another lead balloon with the SEC.. they’re probably trying to figure out just how mean they have to be here to discourage copycats, but they might tighten it up a notch or two when they see someone Doubling Down on a Losing Hand. Like the usually do.
