Actually, I think thats exactly what Resdemivir is doing. What they dont do is calm the cytokine storm and return immune function. The real question is what percentage of patients see an improvement in viral load and shortened recovery times?
Again at the risk of sounding pessimistic, we dont know to what degree Leronlimab reduces viral loan, cytokines, etc. We dont have the data. I hope we get it soon, but the optimism of our doctors makes me think they know we are better.
