Titles can change when new employees are brought on. In Hartigan's case he is doing his same job, marketing QDX Ledger, and we don't know what his title is because the QMC website only says marketing, but not a title. The company already knows how it want to market blockchain, which would be the same way other blockchain companies do IMO.

Les Paull is CEO of QMVT, and that does not sound like straight blockchain, but other unknown vertical industries. Blockchain could be used within other industries to establish an integrated system, like SSL and IoT and billing and energy management, but the Technology would predominate. Paull's ability in M&A would be of use there, and in forming JVs.
