I think some of you may have touched on it, but want to mention it directly so it does not go unnoticed:

“In the coming weeks, VERB also expects to offer a small business version of its verb CRM applications...”

In other words, another new product.

Sounds to me like it will be a similar product to what they currently offer to the Direct Sales industry (Direct Sales app), but geared towards smaller non-Direct Sales businesses.

I have talked previously about how Verb’s product line dovetails together beautifully, and how folks can but each product a la cart, well now companies outside of Direct Sales will be offered the same opportunity beyond just Verb Live as a stand-alone.

In the PR it mentions they will be offering the products to insurance companies and financial services companies in Japan. But guess what, it won’t just be Japan.

With that one sentence pulled out of the PR above, Our target market just increased a million-fold once the small biz product is released.

I mentioned a few posts ago that I believe Verb would expand outside of Direct Sales soon. Well, seems to me that it just happened...
