Yeah, Cockery had 10M shares in 2017. That would be worth $35M now. 35M reasons not to do the lawsuit; I am guessing he sold most of them. I am guessing they really just upset they didn't get those bonus shares also.
Did you see NP's description of how they had to fix the CMC after Tony left? He has mentioned had bad it was a few times now after Tony left, but yesterday he described it as shattered.
