Agree- Bring in Sycamore, make your SS look attractive for potential "Specialized Funds", "Investors" ( Likely Chan ), Pay off your debt, and hit the exchange.
Chan acquired 39.10% in DSS over past 2 months. They are likely branching "DSS Cyber Security" from DSS as well. ACS sits on DSS board, works on all major SFOR deals...and uses SFOR IP/Patents all over and the biggest DSS/ACS/SFOR deal in South Korea and China ( And in 12 other countries ) is likely ready to go live.

They had a deal with ACS to sell three Keystroke Patents. I will not be surprised if they have cut a deal for their MFA/OOBA '698 patents ( with 63 claims ) as well.
Putting a bold PR to uplist to a major exchange, I bet they have a plan.
