"people get very complacent about their civil liberties and give up everything because of fear." I don't think that is going to be the case this time. I think people will be (with or without something like HealthID) wanting to go back into the work force due to financial strain. Companies will be the ones requiring the testing to re-enter in order to protect their assets, the work force. Fear will be the driver of the testing programs.
It's going to be an interesting couple months ahead.
