I agree with others here. Mark going ahead with the planned R/S on 5/18 but nothing positive to report would be akin to SFOR suicide, and certainly wouldn't help the company any, including their reputation, or their plan to uplist.
Therefore, I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that the timing of the R/S actually means something, and that Mark has considerable positive news and revenues to report.
If that is the case, it will offset the negative effect of the R/S, keep the current shareholders satisfied, possibly attract new institutional investors to SFOR, and also allow SFOR to move forward in a positive way.
