"Why do a short attack 10 minutes before the call?"
I suspect the short attack was planned for this morning so shorts could cover at a lower price before the BLA announcement during the cc, but now that they released the BLA news just prior to the opening bell, the shorts have been swimming against a rising tide all morning. This may be their last chance to cover if NP has more news, like funding, etc.
