NGIO Form 10 “matures” 2 weeks from today (for lack of a better term), unless it is actively approved before that date. Maybe the news/ plans that follow that will provide some kind of lift.

Doesn’t seem like the “7-10 days” BARDA application is going to have an impact any time soon... and I must say I’m skeptical GNBT can pull off a “10000 page” application with such detail on turnkey processes, production, partners, distribution, etc., given the attention to detail on many fronts in recent history.
