Are you sure you heard this correctly?

I have done a Google search ("Bill Gates Theraputic 95%) and found multiple references to Gates claiming that:

Also, I think it's worth mentioning that I don't believe we have been presented with data that supports the notion that leronlimab is 95% effective.
