If BLA was "completed" then why it was not "filed"? Let me quote NP again:

"Updates on Completion of BLA Filing."

And if it was "filed" where is the official PR?

But most mind-boggling is the word 'update'. How is it possible to update something which is 'completed' or 'filed'? I see only one possible interpretation. NP plans to update us on the progress of preparing the BLA to be filed with the FDA In other words, the BLA has not been 'completed' let alone 'filed'. Is this important? I think, yes. On Monday, the shorts may use the ambiguity of NP's language and false expectations it has raised to drive us back to mid $2 range.
