Why join the morning's circle jerk. This suspension is the result of two things:
1. DECN stock was and has been manipulated. Given the volumes of the last month, the group of manipulators is not small. I doubt seriously that Mr. Berman or those close to him tried to manipulate the stock. But I think some message board posters did and have. Right Always, right bio?
2. There are a number of message board posters, all but one or two, non-shareholders who called the SEC almost hourly, or filed written complaints over and over until the SEC had to take notice.
None of this has anything to do with the company's products, its future, or the FDA. And contrary to the man who claims to know it all, or the man who showed up here one day and claimed to be THE industry's consultant, the FDA is reviewing Pharma Tech's applications.
