On most counts, I would suppose you are correct... safer is better.
However, I still believe we could have had a sales rollout/forecast for Excellagen, our one viable, approved product, some time in the past few months. (Which I have asked for in calls, PMs, and this/YMB board forever now)
The SEC does not expect companies to stay silent on all topics for extended periods of time. Doesn’t a company like Pfizer have filings in process at practically all times? Yes, but they don’t go completely silent on ALL matters for12 weeks per quarter...
