I don't like the "in theory" phrase either but Doc could've clarified it if the jist of the statement was wrong. Mikey also said Doc told him that's "All" we are waiting on. Doc has said we are close, no delay, things are being expedited, so we've got to launch soon or something's wrong.

Does anyone know if there's any way we can find out when we get the certification or in our situation as a dark penny stock do we just wait for Doc to let us know?
