It would have to include mostly equity. I would want to own the future of Lero anyway. 1 share GILD plus $15 per share CYDY would do it for me. Then CYDY share holders would own 35% of the combined company and get about $10.5B now. It would make sense to split this into tranches unlocked by all the different approvals/revenue targets: contingent value rights (CVRs) maybe since GILD would have to protect itself to get anywhere offering us that which we deserve...
