My inquiry had nothing to do with spelling mistakes or incomplete sentences.
Two different product descriptions and serial numbers were presented in print in an instructive instrument to readers.
I nicely asked for verification of the two different products.
I received a proper response and I thanked the person, thus solving a mystery that I could not fathom.

If one does not understand what is presented to them, they should always ask questions (unless you like to follow blindly, which is not a very good path to take in life).
