There was NEVER a biz model to charge buy transactions. Please show us where you see SFOR IP licenses being charged per transaction.
It's a s/w product license that's loaded on devices and charged per device.
Do you own KE IP?
I do and it's charged per device. I have a 5 device yearly package.
You can ask SFOR and they will tell you -- per device.
