The S1 for GNBT may already be there. Only a listing on the Nasdaq is currently utopian. (3 days regulation over $ 2) So either way it will have to be done before the NGIO listing. But the success of the listing also depends on the success of the development of a vaccine. So currently everything depends on the vaccine! Without vaccine = no successful listing of NGIO = no appreciation of GNBT = no Nasdaq listing of GNBT = no funding to start other activities to generate sales = no way out in sight. Except for a takeover of course ... (but is currently not a beautiful bride)
