Yes, very sad travesty what the Totalitarian CHINA Communist Party (CCP) Govt has done to the GLOBE launching this PANDEMIC! I knew they were very bad from INTEL reports showing what they've done to their own public! That's what communist and socialist dictatorship regimes do! It's their way or prison/die! I feel badly for the people of China for what they have to deal with ALL the time - very sad!

And this was not the cause-all for SFOR implementation and getting paid. What you/we said -- has caused further delays -- that's w/out any doubts! And to think otherwise is just utter nonsense! The lockdown closed businesses or operating at very minimum manning, plus stagger personnel - so of course causing delays! Some companies out of biz now and lost jobs! Anyone to comment and say this had no affect on SFOR is way out of touch with what's truly going on!
