Thank you for your email and patience as we tracked down an answer for you.



The “insider stock purchases” you were previously seeing were part of the Company’s 10B5-1 Plan, which allows insiders to set up a plan to sell or buy Company stock in a predetermined manner, enabling them to comply with the relevant insider trading laws.



The Company’s 10B5-1 Plan was set for a three-month span which concluded at the end of the year.



Additionally, a new plan cannot yet be started because we are currently in the middle of a blackout period.
