One thing that has me pondering the timing of the R/S and the release of financials. It looks like it will be a 1. 10K, 2. 10Q, and 3 R/S for SFOR within a day or so of each other. Correct me if I am wrong but with the 45 day extension that puts the financials (10k and Q) coming out a day or so right before the reverse split. I think this might be more than a coincidence. It gives me a ray of hope that this was planned this way.
