I would recommend not disclosing plans to sell shares.  I assume you want to maximize your return, disclosing these plans to dump will give less incentive to buyers to hit the ask, and will likely mean you get a lower return.  You are essentially telling buyers to be patient and bid sit at 3 next week.  They might be willing to buy your shares at 5, but why would they knowing that they may get a nice discount at 4, possibly 3 if they are patient next week.

There is one other reason to disclose plans to dump your shares (i.e. scare other investors into selling into the bid), but I am giving you the benefit of the doubt here that you stated this out of frustration and not motivated to manipulate.
