Who ever heard of a scam penny stock getting embroiled in a Federal lawsuit in a New Jersey District Court. Remember some of the photos of share release orders submitted to the TA posted back in 2015 that were doctored with extra zeros and comas?

I'm wondering if we might see a forced cover authorized by FINRA or some other Government organization.

Something tells me the scammers were not the company.

Note holder was denied compensation and shareholders investment was destroyed by what happened.

I hope we all are made whole by what may be about to take place.

I see on OTCmarkets.com it shows TA verified.
