Leronlimab unfortunately doesn't impact the ability of the coronavirus to enter a cell; but, it does reduce the extreme inflammation leading to ARDS and sepsis and also very importantly enables both the innate and adaptive immune system to hunt down and kill the virus wherever found via its ability to restore the immune system per se.
