Another NY Times article. This one talks about how COVID pneumonia is completely unlike "normal" pneumonia, and that lying on your stomach or side when you have lung infections is much better for you. Entire article is worthwhile, one of the best I've seen about the disease.

Oxygenation and positioning helped patients breathe easier and seemed to prevent progression of the disease in many cases.
