I have heard or read that if you have an order to sell your shares they cannot be borrowed by short sellers. Is this true or a old wives tale?
In case it is true I have placed a GTC sell order for all my shares for $100. If it is true it is something we could all do to make it difficult for the shorters to borrow shares.
Just a thought.
