The stem cell co and LAHO & MSSV all have to merge.....they have to stop trades with MSSV at a certain point in time.
If the deadline for merger completion is 4/25/20, then stopping the trades with MSSV on 4/13 gives them 2 weeks to merge all the companies / pieces of the puzzle.
