I agree. I understand the need to run a very thorough test to get the dosage down to a science and really take a look at any possible side effects for future pandemics (and CV19 cases that occur in the future), but in the face of the pandemic now IMO the playing field must be altered drastically.
Why not give 25 or so very severe cases w/ CV Brilacidin IV NOW at the ABSSSI dosage? Couldn't possibly hurt, but could save some lives. If this efficacy proves out, then you will have saved quite a number of people w/ CV that would have perished waiting for a formal study and trial to play out.
I am not having this opinion to reap financial rewards at the current time, sole purpose is to try and save lives over the next 30 days which will be lost for which a lifesaving drug is sitting on the table due to administrative BS.
Don't bother replying as I understand views on this are like those on abortion and all the talking in the world won't change one's opinion from one side to the other.
