I spoke with te VP of CDII who was very sincere and concerned about DRGV. He assured me that the company was operating profitably as usual. My impression was that he wasn't all that impressed with Pearl Group. His firm, CDII, is in charge of all DRGV filings and legal relationships in the USA. DRGV'ers are in good hands.
