Thanks for chiming in. So, on #2, to clarify, is it a pure spin off from SFOR with nothing for common shareholders of SFOR to gain? Where did you get the info that BSAFE (and not SFOR) will be sold to an AMEX or NASDAQ listed company?

Could BSAFE acquire SFOR and it ALL becomes BSAFE and then be acquired?
