You are right you can see how Unbalanced the thinking of the people in control is. People are put in Charge of things because of there Race Gender or their Political choice not because they are the best at the job.
But it is not just from One Side. Just happens to be more evident because there is more neglect out in the open right know
It is like that Saying. You can fool most of the people some of the time but you can't fool all the of the people all of the time
America did not get in this bad of shape over night nor by One party Selling Our Country away
They took that Old saying To Rotating the Faces's and the Party's
So you can Fool All the People All The Time
