Last night I found out a friend's husband with Coronavirus was placed in a medically/drug induced coma on a ventilator in a Brooklyn, NY hospital. She was told by their doctor that her husband might not make it. So I found and gave her the FDA number for their doctor to contact and request an EIND for Leronlimab.
Tonight my friend says she's been told her husband's doing better, that they've given him what she believes is Remdesivir and the doctor discouraged her about calling the FDA as Leronlimab "has not been tested." They apparently gave the husband something after she asked them to call the FDA for Leron.
I'm not sure what to make of all of that but in any case if anyone should need this number for the FDA Emeregency IND hotline for a doctor to request Leronlimab, it is 1-855-543-3784
