It makes sense to me. The only other option is that they really need more operating money now, and the RS is the only way they can get it.
As has always been the case,, revenues is the key. The big question is when will we begin to get them. The delays really hurt us. Hopefully money starts coming soon, or has already started.
But with the support in trading yesterday and the buying at ASK, I think your thinking is the more likely scenario.
