I believe that emergency approval in UK is essentially the same as the EIND in the US. It is still good because it increases our international exposure and saves lives.

EIND in the US is not enough for CMS and US insurance companies to pay for the drug, or for a BARDA grant yet it seems. The question is whether a UK emergency approval will result in the NHS providing a grant payment to CYDY. Not sure there is a past precedent here, but it will be interesting to see.
