Again, it will be about 49% ownership in TODOS.
So, let's see, they aim for a $4 + uplist AMBS owns roughly 49%, I know AMBS won't be .009
Just need to clear out the rest of the convertibles.
I imagine that will all be done pre-Uplist.
I have a very substantial interest in both AMBS and TODOS and that's why I follow so closely.
Plus, Gerald is a good stand up guy and has never given up. Not in his DNA. I respect that.
This is a far different year as one can see if they have been following at all.
