I hope so. The way I understood is that it will be 14b instead of 17b. Which really scares me if it stays there. It doesn't make sense why it wouldn't be dropped at the same ratio though. 6.8m o/s and 14b a/s just doesn't seem right, maybe someone can fill us in.
